How to make zipper sliders by die casting machines?

Except for Zipper Machine, we also produce die casting machines. Recently many of our customers have demands of slider making production line. Here are some basic processes:

Step 1. Die Casting Machine for slider body and puller

After die casting, the product will pass to the next rolling separator by the transporting belt.

Step 2. Rolling separator, to separate the slider parts our of the waste.

Step 3. Polishing

Step 4. Waste auto-collecting system, the waste will be passing back to the heating furnace for reuse.

Different final sliders may require different production line.
